On-call Computer/Network Support - @ $70 Per Hour+GST

Will provide Microsoft Certified I.T support to get you up and running again.

You get regular scheduled maintenance of your computer system, as well as provision for anticipated support based on other similar networks/workstations.

According to regular scheduled times/dates, we will:
Carry out regular preventative maintenance of your computer system, including checking the integrity of backups, overall server & network capacity; and ensure security patches/updates are done as/when required.
Regular WOF/Tune-ups on workstations/servers.
Update servers/workstations onto new software/hardware - as/when required.

When requested, we will:
Advise you regarding backup practices, virus protection, firewalls, uninterruptible power supplies, and other Information technology issues
Assist you with user error issues.

Ensure your business is been supported by the stability & reliability of the Windows 7 platform.

Will provide a customised solution to meet your individual needs.

Full 15 point check and tune-up of your Workstation so its continues to run to its optimum level.

Security/Network Audit - Negotiable

Ensure your network is not vunerable to attack by implementing a 3-pronged attack on the problem - at the Server, Workstation & Policy levels.
