Complete description of the goods or services offered
While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, Innovate IT will not be liable for any descriptions in the information contained in this website. 
We are a New Zealand based Business residing in New Zealand.  All prices are in NZ dollars and exclude GST (15%) and freight and are subject to change without prior notice.

Returned merchandise and refund policy
Refunds may be made for Faulty Goods.  Goods deemed to be faulty during their warranty period shall be replaced at no cost to you (the customer) (Inward freight is the responsibility of the customer). A Copy of the original sales invoice is required to accompany returned goods. Goods found to have no fault may incur a service fee. The warranty may be void if the fault is found to have been caused by incorrect handling or installation by anyone other than Innovate IT. Innovate IT aims to have replacement goods to the customer in the shortest possible time but as goods must be sent to our supplier for replacement we accept no liability for any delay incurred.

Cancellation by Customer Prior to Delivery
You the Customer acknowledge that Innovate IT will incur obligations and costs once you place an order with us. Therefore you may not cancel or vary an order once it has been placed with us unless of course Innovate IT advises you that delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.  We accept no responsibility for incompatible goods due to an incorrect choice by the customer.  Shipping charges and the credit card surcharge fee will not be refunded.  All returns must be accompanied by the Original Invoice.

Delivery policy
We mainly use courier services for delivery. Often items are sent directly from our suppliers.  Most orders are delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatching and we only delivery goods within New Zealand.

Innovate IT will always aim for a prompt delivery but we accept no liability for any delays in the products arrival. Innovate IT will not be held liable for any goods damaged in transit if you feel the goods may have been damaged please check before signing for them.


Delivery Time
Innovate IT aims to deliver within 2-5 days after the payment has been confirmed. To ensure speedy delivery, please verify your shipping address before you submit your order. We do not ship items to PO boxes. We may ship items from the same order in separate boxes to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Extra charges may apply for Saturday delivery and rural delivery.

Goods outside of Auckland or over 15kg please confirm with us of the exact freight cost to you.  Goods less than 15kg within Auckland will be charged at a flat rate of $7 plus GST.
